Safety Is Part of Every Shipment.
Expert Truckers LLC operates with a safety-first approach built around qualified drivers, compliant hours-of-service practices, equipment inspections, cargo care and clear communication. Our goal is straightforward: move freight safely, lawfully and professionally from pickup through delivery.
Core Safety & Compliance Practices
The systems behind a shipment matter just as much as the truck assigned to it. These are key areas we emphasize in day-to-day operations.
Qualified Drivers
Drivers must satisfy applicable CDL, medical qualification, motor-vehicle record, safety-history and other Driver Qualification File requirements before being dispatched.
ELD & Hours of Service
Electronic logs are used to support accurate duty-status records and compliance with applicable federal Hours of Service requirements. Dispatch planning must respect available legal driving hours.
Vehicle Inspections
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, DVIR procedures and prompt reporting of equipment concerns help identify issues before they affect safe operation or service.
Cargo Care
Drivers are expected to verify shipment information, use appropriate securement practices for the freight presented and report visible loading or cargo concerns when identified.
Technology Supporting Safer Operations
Technology supports driver judgment and gives dispatch better visibility into the operation.

Driver & Equipment Standards
Our operating expectations are designed to support lawful operation, professional service and equipment care.
Applicable CDL and medical qualification, employment and safety-history review, motor-vehicle records, required testing and FMCSA Clearinghouse processes.
Drivers are expected to maintain accurate logs, follow applicable HOS limits and notify dispatch when available legal hours are insufficient for an assignment.
Required inspections, defect reporting and attention to warning indicators help keep equipment issues from becoming preventable safety events.
Drivers are expected to follow posted speed limits, avoid distracted or aggressive driving and exercise independent safety judgment when conditions are unsafe.
Pickup quantities and documents should be reviewed before signing, and cargo or loading concerns should be communicated promptly when observed.
Safety performance may be reviewed through operational data and assigned coaching or training when improvement is needed.
Carrier Credentials & Documentation
Customers and logistics partners can contact our team when carrier documentation is needed for onboarding or shipment planning.
Certificates of Insurance and other applicable carrier documentation are available through the company upon request. Coverage details should be verified from the current certificate rather than relying on website summaries.
